Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- CPARS experience as a Program Manager leading a federal cybersecurity contract, including on-contract growth, managing contractor personnel, and successfully working with government customers and stakeholders.
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for program performance and delivery.
- Manage contracting staff and ensure execution of all tasks outlined in the statement of work.
- Support strategic planning and provide recommendations for program enhancements.
- Oversee the development and delivery of security awareness programs to promote a culture of cybersecurity best practices.
- Lead efforts to identify and document key assets, including systems, applications, data, and users.
- Supervise documentation of system connections, access methods, and data classifications.
- Conduct risk assessments, testing, and continuous monitoring to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure development and maintenance of plans to address system vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
- Coordinate integration of tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and incident response.
- Oversee collaboration across teams to ensure consistent implementation of security and access controls.
- Manage internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Support implementation of technical solutions aligned with organizational security goals.
- Ensure alignment with federal frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Integrate regulatory requirements into a comprehensive, actionable security program.
- Promote a security-conscious culture across the organization.
- Adapt to evolving regulatory directives and enhance cybersecurity maturity.
- Leverage industry best practices and automation to improve information protection.
- Collaborate with clients to identify program improvements and opportunities for scope expansion.
- Develop and execute agency account plans and strategies for organic growth.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to enhance execution.
Experience Requirements:
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager leading federal cybersecurity contracts.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs, including asset and risk identification, system authorization, remediation, and audit coordination.
- Hands-on experience applying the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) across system lifecycles.
