We are seeking a highly skilled IT Subject Matter Expert - Senior to provide expert-level support in the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and applications. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in IT delivery. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding technical teams, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to strategic technology initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide technical oversight and expert guidance on architecture, design, and implementation of IT solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and proactively recommend strategies to manage and reduce technical debt.
- Serve in key architectural roles (Enterprise, Systems, Solution Architect) within a Scaled Agile environment.
- Recommend and enforce development and DevSecOps best practices through regular reviews.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams through technical challenges and ensure alignment with sprint goals and deliverables.
- Refine user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and technical feasibility.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables produced by the contract team.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with SharePoint, including SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online.
- 5+ years of experience with the Power Platform.
- 2+ years of experience with ActiveDocs.
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
- Power Platform Certification.
- At least one Cloud Fundamentals Certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in federal or defense environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices.
