MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Graphics Artist to join our team in Quantico, VA.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, graphics artist, able to create, collaborate, and advise on a range of routine-to-complex graphics, publication designs, layouts, infographics, forms, briefs, illustrations, posters, logos, photography, videos, and websites.

Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, graphics artist, able to create, collaborate, and advise on a range of routine-to-complex graphics, publication designs, layouts, infographics, forms, briefs, illustrations, posters, logos, photography, videos, and websites.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and produce a wide array of visual communications, including complex infographics, publications, illustrations, logos, and content for publications, finished intelligence, web, and video.
- Translate complex, abstract, or technical subject matter into clear, compelling, and accessible visuals tailored for diverse audiences.
- Expertly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create and edit materials, demonstrating a strong command of design principles.
- Develop and format professional forms, briefs, and multi-page documents using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders, including military personnel and leadership, to advise on visual strategy and manage project timelines.
- Ensure all designs are artistically engaging and effective by applying meticulous attention to detail and performing rigorous quality control reviews.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating design concepts and project progress to team members and clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years' experience. A total of 8 years' experience without a degree
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS PowerPoint to create a wide range of visual assets and presentations.
- Effectively communicate with clients and analysts to define project objectives, establish design requirements, and agree upon deliverables.
- Proactively keep all stakeholders informed of project progress, dependencies, and potential impediments to ensure alignment on deadlines.
- Excel at managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform thorough testing and quality control reviews to ensure all final products meet high standards of accuracy and design excellence.
- Thrive both independently and within a collaborative team setting, demonstrating flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Create a wide range of visual content, from routine graphics to complex publication layouts, infographics, illustrations, and logos.
- Design and format professional, interactive forms using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to sketch, hand-draw, and visually brainstorm concepts in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with video production (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and professional photography is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of basic web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
