The Copier Manager shall provide support and maintenance for copiers located at McLean and Bethesda. The copier manager shall take care of coordinating when a copier needs repair with the repair technician. The copier manager shall also clear out paper jams, order copier supplies, help with new copier purchases, manage upgrades and trade-ins of copiers, etc. copier management program administration to include but not limited to, troubleshooting services (e.g. clearing paper jams), coordination for ordering copier supplies, leverage support from IPS to purchase copiers, provide new purchase consulting, site-surveys, upgrades and trade-in's, program guidelines, billing, and capacity planning. The concept for this program is a one-stop copier management facility for customers located at the LX Facilities and ICC-B Buildings.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support stakeholders in the purchasing of copier equipment and supplies.
- Provide support and maintenance for copiers located at McLean and Bethesda
- Maintain various copier records (e.g. with hard drives, installed/removed, different manufacturers and models, etc.). Collect data for quarterly billing reports.
- Deliver, install and relocate copier equipment as required.
- Perform basic trouble-shooting on copier equipment and perform minor repairs (e.g. paper jams), and assist with toner replacement.
- Coordinate all other repairs and maintenance actions with approved vendors and maintain record in a tracking database.
- Process inventory requests and validate receipt of goods and materials against requirements; ensure inventory requests are fulfilled.
- Coordinate the transportation of new copiers and supplies through established transportation processes; arrange for transportation of material; coordinate shipment and receipt of materials.
- Assist property disposal requests when equipment is upgraded.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) year recent experience working in a classified facility.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and Lotus Notes); working knowledge of metro, WMA, and USG sites.
