The Program Analyst is responsible for supporting A-Department of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division on the Tomahawk Tactical Weapon Control System (TTWCS). They will play a supporting role in achieving the organizations goals by working on an existing govt-contractor program of numerous scrum teams. This position will directly impact creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, communicating delays, providing updates on status and risks, for not only TTWCS but future Tomahawk Weapon System development system of systems.
CORE FUNCTIONS / JOB DUITES
Able to perform the following with supervision:
Assist with program installation and check-out events, integration, and engineering efforts. Participate in kick-off meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions under the direction of senior team members.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help clarify project scope and requirements. Support the implementation of objectives and plans, and communicate progress or issues to the project team.
Support planning and preparation for test events, including scheduling, asset coordination, and documentation. Help ensure test configurations are prepared and relevant to the test plans.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, such as Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Installation Guidance Plans, Daily Status Reports, and project presentations.
Assist in collecting and organizing data to assess system performance, and provide input to support system enhancements and design decisions.
Support the development, coordination, and management of products and services related to Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems, as directed by senior analysts.
Participate in studies, reliability and maintainability analyses, and assessments for TDL systems. Assist in documenting findings and recommended actions.
Develop technical and analytical skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced team members.

PAY RANGE
$75,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually, DOE

SECURITY CLEARANCE
Candidates must have an active clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
