Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities/Custodial Portfolio Manager to lead the growth and execution of our facilities and custodial services portfolio. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for facilities management and custodial solutions, driving revenue through opportunity solutioning, estimating, and strategic proposal support.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development: Lead the design and development of innovative facilities and custodial service solutions for government contracting opportunities.
Estimating & Pricing: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for bids and proposals in alignment with customer requirements.
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, driving portfolio growth and revenue expansion.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME during proposal processes, providing technical input, strategy recommendations, and compliance guidance.
Government Contracting: Leverage a strong understanding of federal procurement processes to position FalconTek competitively in the market.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with government customers, teaming partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success.
Portfolio Oversight: Manage awarded contracts within the facilities/custodial service line, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities management, custodial services, or related operations within the government contracting sector.
Demonstrated success in business development, estimating, and solutioning for federal opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of government acquisition processes, compliance requirements, and contract vehicles.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a portfolio of federal facilities/custodial contracts.
Background in proposal writing or capture management.
PMP, FMP, or other relevant industry certifications.
Veteran status or experience supporting veteran-owned businesses.
