StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration/Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River, MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Configuration will work with a team to Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for common or out of production Aviation Training Systems in accordance with the program's Configurations Management Plan. The Configuration/Management Analyst, will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Functions:
• The analyst ensures data integrity, manages configuration control processes.
• Supports engineering and technical documentation workflows.
• Interpret, and organize technical and programmatic data related to aircraft systems and acquisition products.
• Maintain configuration control of program documentation and acquisition-related data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Track and document all configuration changes, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Coordinate and support the development, review, and processing of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Assist in the creation and implementation of Technical Directives (TDs) to communicate changes and updates.
• Apply government-mandated procedures for documentation management, change control, and data configuration oversight.
• Support data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize and manage large volumes of technical data and records efficiently.
• Multitask across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
• 3-10 years of professional experience in configuration management, data management, or related administrative support.
• Proficiency in data entry, organization, and information tracking.
• Experience in collecting, organizing and interpreting data relating to the acquisition of aircraft programs.
• Experience with the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) suite of tools, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability/flexibility to communicate to geographically dispersed teammates.
• Experience with CMPRO or similar Configuration Management software.
• Proficient data management skillsets.
• Familiarity with NAVAIR 4130 series documentation.
Education Requirements:
• BA/BS degree
• Allowable Substitution for BA/BS Degree include:
• Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
OR
• Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
