The Multi-Domain Kill Chain Specialist will lead efforts to design, develop, and integrate solutions that enable multi-domain kill chain operations across space systems supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) missions. This individual will focus on enhancing the speed, resilience, and effectiveness of kill chains by bridging operational domains - space, air, land, sea, and cyber - and delivering innovative targeting, engagement, and readiness solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize kill chain processes and ensure seamless integration across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.
- Analyze operational requirements to design and recommend architectures that enhance speed, connectivity, and decision-making across multi-domain kill chain operations.
- Integrate space-based capabilities with other domains to enable rapid detection, tracking, targeting, and engagement of adversary threats.
- Collaborate with system engineers to define technical requirements for command-and-control platforms, sensors, and targeting systems.
- Conduct kill chain modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate system readiness, optimize timelines, and mitigate operational risks.
- Enable multi-domain situational awareness by embracing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics for real-time data processing and decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to operationalize space system integration into broader military strategies and mission objectives.
- Develop tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for space-supported kill chains in contested and constrained environments.
- Lead vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation plans to address threats posed by adversary counter-space capabilities, cybersecurity breaches, and electronic warfare (EW).
- Ensure compliance with DoD mission assurance frameworks and support mission planning with risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical briefings and reports to stakeholders, program teams, and government leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Military Science, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in multi-domain operations, targeting processes, kill chain analysis, or systems integration within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC).
- Extensive experience optimizing kill chain processes for space systems, including satellite architectures, sensors, ground control systems, and data integration platforms.
- Proven ability to work across operational domains and develop inter-domain communication and targeting solutions.
Clearance:
- Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in space systems integration with other operational domains (air, land, sea, and cyber) for coordinated targeting and engagement.
- Knowledge of command-and-control systems, sensor networks, and targeting software architectures supporting kill chain operations.
- Experience leveraging modeling and simulation tools (e.g., AFSIM, STK) to assess operational effectiveness and refine mission plans.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Military Science, or Operational Analysis.
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Modeling and Simulation Professional (CMSP), or related leadership and analytical designations.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as AI/ML for data fusion, targeting optimization, and sensor integration.
- Familiarity with space domain awareness, orbital mechanics, threat characterization, and counter-space measures.
- Hands-on experience developing TTPs for contested kill chain operations and working with electronic warfare (EW), cybersecurity, or resilient comms strategies.
