In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations for DoDEA Schools.
Basic Duties & Qualifications:
- Diagnose, repair, replace, install, test, track, set-up, configure, reconfigure, maintain and upgrade of DODEA IT hardware.
- Install, connect, and troubleshoot networking devices such as hubs, switches, wireless access points, and server racks.
- Manage users/workstations with Microsoft Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM), and Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate daily tasks.
- Utilize standard trouble ticketing software to track outages and customer issues.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in an IT related field
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft PowerShell
- Microsoft SCCM
- ServiceNow Helpdesk Ticketing System
