Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs, ensuring all activities are executed in alignment with
established objectives and contractual requirements.
● Oversee program planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery while managing profit and
loss (P&L) performance.
● Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and performance metrics; prepare and present detailed
status reports to senior leadership.
● Direct and coordinate the activities of external consultants, vendors, and internal teams, with full
authority over personnel decisions.
● Supervise subordinate managers and supervisors, ensuring departmental policies, procedures, and
quality standards are met.
● Maintain effective Government/Contractor communication, serving as the primary point of contact
(POC) for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) and Program Management Office (PMO).
● Ensure host unit processes are consistently applied across all supported locations.
● Manage staffing to meet mission requirements, ensuring personnel qualifications, certifications, and
experience align with contractual and mission needs.
● Oversee personnel training for access to host-based facilities and information networks. Maintain and
update personnel rosters for Government review.
● Respond to staffing or skill gaps within one business day of awareness; restore required certifications
within 45 calendar days while maintaining operational capability.
● Implement and adapt Technology Solutions Products Group methodologies and documentation
standards to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
● Active Secret Clearance (required)
● Minimum 12 years of commercial or Government program management experience, including
Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
● PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (required)
● In-depth knowledge of program and project management principles, including Agile methodology.
● Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex programs with diverse teams across multiple locations.
