Summary:
The IT Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Specialist applies structured process improvement methodologies to enhance IT workflows, efficiency, and performance across the organization. This position facilitates CPI initiatives, analyzes operational processes, and develops actionable solutions to improve service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Analyze IT systems, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
Facilitate working sessions to collect data, perform root cause analysis, and design solutions.
Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators to measure improvement success.
Prepare process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guides.
Provide CPI training and mentoring to staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years of process improvement experience, with at least two (2) years in an IT environment.
Three (3) years of cybersecurity experience
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at the time of hire.
