SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Logistics Analyst to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Logistics Analyst to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Essential Job Duties
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive logistics support for materials, equipment, and tools, encompassing transportation, storage, and inspection.
- Establish and refine processes for the accurate tracking and completion of Material Inspection and Receiving Reports (DD Form 250) and other critical documentation.
- Orchestrate complex equipment deliveries with mission partners.
- Develop and enforce protocols for detailed damage reporting and the management of physical inventories in accordance with Army Regulation 700-145.
- Provide expert guidance on the application of IUID labels and the timely reporting of lost or stolen equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 14 years' experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years' experience.
- An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI .
- DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 411 Certs: SecurityX / CASP+ or CCNP Security or CISA or FITSP-O or GICSP or SSCP or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
- Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction .
Work Environment
- Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations .
- Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700 .
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs .
- It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
