SCITLS CYOC Administrator

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

CYOC Administrator

• Performs network administration and management of Command and Control (C2) network systems, supporting NetOps activities across all of USSTRATCOM.
• Provides the configuration and administration of Government-furnished monitoring tools to provide situational awareness views of Government directed networks and support of WAN and LAN operations.
• Supports the operation and maintenance of enterprise monitoring tools to identify potential incidents or degradations of services, applications, or networks.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluating network configurations and network performance.
• Assists in the evaluation and technical response to incident events, outages, coordination of changes, and security patches.
• Provides network troubleshooting and is responsible for responding to incident management system requests; service or application outages; implementing recovery procedures; and resolving or escalating network incidents.
• Performs shift work to ensure 7x24 coverage and support.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 3+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC or CySA+
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE
