Responsibilities for the Senior Change Manager - Technology Implementation:
- Drive impactful change strategies for technology rollouts, including tools like Webex and other internal platforms.
- Develop compelling change and communication plans to support stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to position changes effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Be a hands-on contributor in a fast-moving environment—supporting planning, content creation, and execution.
Qualifications for the Senior Change Manager - Technology Implementation:
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within technology implementation environments.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives involving admin rights, platform content criteria, and stakeholder impact.
- Experience with tools such as Webex is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is a plus.
- Background in learning and development is a bonus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field required.
Compensation/Benefits for Senior Change Manager - Technology Implementation:
- Salary/Rate Range: $50-$58 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
