What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an activeTop Secret /SCI clearance, and be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph (CSP) if required.

What will I be doing? You will be using your expertise in Counternarcotic (CN), Counterterrorism (CT), Counter-Threat Finance (CTF), and Counter transnational Organized Crime (C-TOC) activity analysis to provide analytical support to the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC). You will be supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and interagency partners in complex, multi-national, multi-faceted operations and investigations to counter narcotics trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, and other transnational organized crime. In this role, you will:
  • Serve as an advisor to NTC leadership and interagency partners on counter-narcotics (CN), counter-terrorism (CT), counter-threat finance (CTF), and counter-TOC operations
  • Provide advice, subject matter expertise, and make recommendations
  • Conduct liaison and outreach, and continuous engagement with various stakeholders, including current and potential mission partners, to foster relationships, discover, and leverage operationally relevant information, capabilities, and capacities
  • Assist the Government/NTC in providing and identifying formal and informal training on law enforcement, regulatory, and administrative aspects of the mission sets
  • May conduct all-source analysis of world-wide drug related issues
  • Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet the minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position, from a college or university accredited by a body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • At least 12 years of specialized experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • OR: Prior military experience in a related field, with an additional 5 years of related experience, for a total of 17 years experience
  • Possess a deep understanding of how the missions, structures, leaders, and cultures of the various Law Enforcement CN, CT, CTF, and C-TOC components interact and connect
  • Able to synthesize resources, information, and other inputs to effectively integrate and align components and US Government interests and activities to achieve community wide, national, or international priorities
  • Able to travel as required CONUS and OCONUS as required (must have valid U.S. Passport)
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance, and be willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph (CSP) if required
Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Arlington, VA, address disclosed after your clearance is verified.
