About the Job

SecureStrux is hiring for an experienced Strategic Sales and Partnership Lead, Software Solutions to join our Business Development Team. As the Strategic Sales and Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing a scalable channel partnership program to amplify sales and market reach for our PowerStrux Suite of Tools. You will also lead efforts to grow direct-to-government sales for PowerStrux by identifying and cultivating Other Transaction Authority (OTA) opportunities, strategic product procurement vehicles, and other federal/state/local contracts that support product sales. In this role, you will work with some of the largest companies in the Defense Industrial Base to shape and lead the PowerStrux Go To Market across the DoD.

The Work You'll Do

We are seeking someone to bring knowledge and proven success in selling enterprise solutions within the Defense Technology sector.

Channel Partnership Development
  • Generate velocity by establishing SecureStrux in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure PowerStrux can be sold broadly and effectively.
  • Design and launch a formal channel partner program, including onboarding, enablement, and incentive structures.
  • Identify and recruit strategic partners (VARs, integrators, consultants) aligned with PowerStrux product offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop co-branded campaigns and joint go-to-market strategies.

Government Sales Strategy
  • Identify and pursue direct sales opportunities with federal, state, and local government agencies.
  • Lead the capture for OTAs, IDIQs, BPAs, and other strategic contracting vehicles appropriate for product sales.
  • Build relationships with procurement officers, program managers, and agency stakeholders.
  • Stay current on government acquisition trends, compliance requirements, and funding cycles.

Strategic Leadership
  • Work closely with SecureStrux functional areas, engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company growth goals.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and positioning.
  • Represent PowerStrux at industry events, conferences, and partner summits.
  • Support cross-selling initiatives by generating service sales leads.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring
  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and 10+ years' experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven success in building and scaling channel programs.
  • Deep understanding of government procurement processes, including OTAs and federal acquisition regulations.
  • Strong network within defense sector required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 Base Salary + Lucrative Commission Structure
