Support our team as an Administrative Site Lead for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) by assisting the program manager and ensuring smooth operating processes. You will work with your team to compile monthly reports, assist in timecards, and assist in scheduling to ensure NOAA runs smoothly.

Work Schedule and Location:
Remote: This part-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Compile and submit monthly reports to management.
Review and approve employee timecards for accuracy and compliance.
Provide onboarding support and training for new team members.
Coordinate and ensure effective coverage during team absences to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of 6 months on the NOAA contract is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in training and developing others.
- At least 1 years of experience in report compilation and analysis.
- Must have previous experience accessing all necessary NOAA or related systems and tools.
