🏥 Your Role
As an MSRN, you’ll provide comprehensive, hands-on care for patients requiring acute medical or surgical interventions. Working in fast-paced, high-stakes settings, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments and create individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, document vital signs, and promptly report changes
• Administer medications and interventions in line with safety protocols
• Deliver wound care, assist with daily living needs, and support post-op recovery
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary medical teams for holistic care
• Participate in training, quality improvement, and continuing education

✅ What You Bring
• Unrestricted U.S. RN license (any State, Territory, D.C., or Puerto Rico)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 3+ years of RN experience, including 6+ months within the last year
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Experience in austere or overseas environments preferred
• Prior work at military or government facilities is a strong plus

• Associate, Bachelor, or Master of Science in Nursing
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program

🏋️ Physical & Deployment Requirements
• Must meet pre-deployment medical and physical standards
• Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Willing and able to relocate to Iraq for the project duration
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
• Valid U.S. Passport (with at least 18 months to expiration)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government MRPT security clearance
• English fluency required (verbal and written)
