You Have:
• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in defense or multinational environments
• 3+ years of experience managing release and deployment activities across complex systems
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Familiarity with structured change governance processes (e.g., CAB, T-CAB, E-CAB)
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, especially Release and Deployment Management
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and national support organizations
• Clearance Required: Secret.
• Bachelor’s degree. Note: 6 year's work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Nice If You Have:
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification
• Experience with Configuration Management Systems (CMS/CMDB)
• Familiarity with international governance structures
• Ability to translate business RFCs into technical implementation plans
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience supporting classified or defense-related IT environments
• The candidate should possess a collaborative mindset that emphasizes cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.

The applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
