Military Market Lead
Key Role:
Drive and grow the Air Force's business while leveraging expertise and key client relationships to assist with business development and market growth across the Air Force. Assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates, vendors, and internal partners. Translate comprehension of current and future strategic, operational, and tactical challenges facing Air Force systems to business development initiatives while providing leadership to solve problems and enable the ability to architect future technological solutions to create products and services to increase opportunities at the right time and in the right places. Assist with creating, designing, and implementing agreements and arrangements, including mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and performance standards. Attract, inspire, motivate, and develop a high-energy team to excel through transition and change.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience leading multi-functional technical teams to maximize program output and efficiency with the Department of Defense and Air Force acquisition policies and procedures
- Experience with key decision makers and other leaders from the Air Force
- Experience driving strategic planning to support overall business growth
- Knowledge of the acquisition, engineering, analytics, and program management, as applied to the Department of the Air Force and DoD acquisition processes throughout all life cycle phases
- Knowledge of DoD policies on systems engineering, integrated product, and process development, and integrated product team (IPT) management
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with international partner nations or in multinational defense environments
- Knowledge of establishing and documenting repeatable programmatic and technical processes to achieve scale
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- PMI Certification
