Mission Command Support Team Lead
The Opportunity:
As a Mission Command Support Team (MCST) Lead, you're passionate about developing and delivering instruction to training units. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in assisting training units grasp critical operations and integration of Mission Command Information System (MCiS) across multiple Warfighting Functions (WFFs). Bring your passion for developing and delivering a mix of training systems to our training team.
As a MCST Lead on our team, you lead a team of MCiS trainers and manage the MCiS instruction program. You'll showcase your technical and operational knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel, including the systems, tools, and instruction material.
Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking and leadership experience to develop, manage, and deliver training IAW Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) and ensure training units across the Army achieve success.
Use training materials and other resources to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Following doctrine outlined in TC 6-0 series, you ensure system certification through successful training delivery. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience supporting a defense service
- 2+ years of experience teaching MCiS
- Experience operating MCiS
- Experience as an assistant instructor
- Knowledge of all MCiS platforms and courseware
- Ability to ensure MCST trainers are certified, current with army training doctrine, and have required teaching experience
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Completion of Army MCiS and MCiS software systems courses
