Task Order Manager

Key Role:

Serve as the Task Order Manager (TOM), a full-time leader and the program's point of contact to the Government Program Manager (PM) for all TO technical requirements and contract deliverables. Leverage corporate decision-making authority to effectively and rapidly respond to task order requirements. Assume responsibility for contract oversight, supervision and management of 6 military training center (MTC) sites, and employees assigned to this TO. Be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government PM, KO, or COR.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing an office and executing several contracts covering multiple functional areas
• 2+ years of experience with corporate management of projects or programs
• Secret clearance
• Master's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of Army training management
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
