We are seeking an innovative and strategic Information Technology (IT) Solution Architect to join our growing team supporting both strategic and tactical business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise and market intelligence to design responsive solutions tailored to client requirements and anticipate future technological advancements in line with the company's vision for leading-edge technology services delivery.

Location: Hybrid - McLean, VA

To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we're looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

• Solution Architecture - Analyze business development opportunities, evaluate client technical requirements, and architect end-to-end IT solutions. Produce high-quality architectural documentation and solution artifacts for proposals, whitepapers, and oral presentations.
• Market & Technology Trend Analysis - Continuously assess and interpret emerging technology trends and capabilities in the IT services market. Provide thought leadership on the adoption and integration of transformative technologies.
• Creative & Proactive Problem Solving - Propose innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions that address both current customer challenges and anticipated market needs.
• Technology Investment Recommendations - Identify and justify strategic technology investments necessary for maintaining a competitive edge in service delivery. Prepare business cases for proposed investments.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with business development, capture, proposal, and delivery teams to create compelling solutions. Participate in meetings with customers, partners, and vendors as a technical lead.
• Proposal & Capture Support - Support proposal development by delivering compliant, technical proposal content and participating in solution color teams, reviews, and orals as required.
• Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing - Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and mentor team members regarding best practices, new technologies, and innovative solution architectures.

• Clearance Required: This position requires the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation but prefers the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level or above
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT solution architecture, consulting, or technical leadership roles, preferably supporting government or large enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of developing innovative IT solutions for complex business challenges.
• Strong awareness of, and practical experience with, emerging technologies such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, data analytics, data engineering and integration, DevSecOps, and digital modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market/technology trends and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting strategic and tactical business development initiatives, including proposal and solution development.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and executives.
• Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, ITIL, ISO 27001).

• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CISSP, PMP).
• Experience supporting Federal, State, or Local Government contracts.
• Involvement in successful large-scale IT transformation or modernization initiatives.
