As a Sr Quality Manager, you'll develop, modify, apply, and maintain quality evaluation, control systems, and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials products while ensuring efficient conformance to industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll be using your skills and expertise to devise and implement methods and procedures for auditing and evaluating the accuracy of our processes, products, and systems. You'll ensure that corrective measures and deviations meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. Your responsibilities will include the strategic development of all quality systems and protocols necessary to ensure efficient conformance and compliance. Additionally, you will focus on operational excellence within the business, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Quality Engineering (QE) to drive superior performance.
The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $167,490.31 - $230,299.19. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Devise and implement methods and procedures for auditing and evaluating processes, products, and systems.
- Ensure corrective measures and deviations meet acceptable reliability standards.
- Oversee the documentation processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Lead the strategic development of all quality systems and protocols.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, including QMS, CI, and QE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations and improve quality outcomes.
- Implement SNC's operational excellence framework to achieve world-class performance.
- Lead and mentor teams in applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools and techniques.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive performance improvements.
- Ensure alignment of quality and operational excellence initiatives with overall business strategy.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Relevant work experience may substitute for required education
- Typically, 10+ years of progressive quality assurance experience, which includes 6+ years of management experience.
- Direct Aviation/Aerospace operations experience
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and CMMI standards
- Extensive experience in an electronic/mechanical systems environment
- Prior experience in management
- Proven track record in managing quality systems and protocols.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Attainment of Six Sigma Black Belt
- Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence
- Certified Quality Improvement Associate
- Certified Quality Auditor
