Experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) is a suite of software and systems engineering tools that provides a comprehensive solution for managing the entire product lifecycle, It integrates requirements management, design, test management, workflow management, and compliance aspects into a unified platform, facilitating collaboration and transparency across all engineering activities.
The requirement is for someone to provide expert-level support and administration of the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) suite of tools.
They will provide the support needed for a brand new MBSE Tool Suite rollout featuring IBM ELM/JAZZ/DOORS into a high-profile project at this agency.
They will be the primary SME for the ELM suite of products, understanding the functionality, capabilities, and best practices. They will perform admin functions for the tools, and they will provide support and training to the client's engineering teams.
Active Secret clearance is required, and they should either have or be willing to work on a Security+ certification.
