Parsons is looking for a talented Counterintelligence (CI) Planning Officer to join our team! In this role, you will ensure CI collaboration and communication between leadership and key organizational components, deliver executive-level CI guidance, and lead CI education, awareness, and training initiatives.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a talented Counterintelligence (CI) Planning Officer to join our team! In this role, you will ensure CI collaboration and communication between leadership and key organizational components, deliver executive-level CI guidance, and lead CI education, awareness, and training initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring CI collaboration and communication between leadership and key organizational components.
- Delivering executive-level CI guidance to leadership.
- Leading CI education, awareness, and training initiatives for key audiences.
- Providing desk-side and small group CI briefings, issue updates, discussions, debriefings, awareness, and education to senior leadership.
- Integrating historical precedents, political considerations, and best practices into CI briefings and discussions.
- Delivering monthly threat briefings and awareness presentations at organizational town halls and meetings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent).
- 8+ years (11+ highly preferred) of CI experience
- Experience developing presentations and briefing a variety of customers and stakeholders.
- Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy).
- Foundational defensive CI experience, including investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- At least 5 years of executive-level CI leadership experience involving budgets, policy, manpower, and program management.
- Post-graduate degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
