As a Sr Program Manager, you will support the business objectives at SNC. You will be responsible for total Program Integration Management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development with high visibility and above average deliverable requirements. This role typically is a portfolio leader of other Program and/or Project Managers, with specifically focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. You will supervise the work of program and project staff. You will participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill program requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved; and for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and coordinating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. You'll support the Program Director in fulfilling their responsibilities for the Business Area.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field
- Typically, 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
- Typically, 5+ years leading large scale projects; scope spanning multiple years, while leading teams made up of 10+ project/program managers and 20+ cross functional members
- Experience with managing the full spectrum of the development lifecycle, including: Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD), Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full-Rate Production (FRP), Interim Contractor Support (ICS), and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS).
- Experience managing a Department of Defense Prime Contract with significant Major Subcontractor contributions and integration.
- Significant experience briefing executive stakeholders both internally and externally, including Department of Defense executives.
- Experience leading advanced scope planning processes, integrating other aspects like risk, quality, & resources. Also, experience setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for scope management.
- Experience with the evaluation of requests for proposals and/or quotes. Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes.
- Experience with managing multiple large-scale projects, or portfolio of projects up to a large independent program.
- Experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes
- Experience in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines.
- Demonstrated financial acumen to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible.
- Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations
- Requires ability to execute, coordination of all elements of a program, i.e., Program integration management. Perform task coordination, resource development, stakeholder identification, etc. Capability to manage program lifecycle conflicts, prioritize competing priorities/requests, and evaluate available resources.
- Requires ability to identify, assess, and control financial, technical, and legal risks.
- Proficient leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification with expertise in Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Monitor and assess program compliance in execution in accordance with approved policies, processes, and procedures
- Experience managing projects/programs requiring Earned Value Management
- Active US Secret Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (may be considered in lieu of 1 year of required project/program management experience)
- Managing projects/programs using Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), agile and or spiral development models
- Ability to reinforce the usage & application of Corporate PM tools.
- Ability to contribute to PM process & tool improvement for the Business Area
- Ability to keep the program management team informed of function & process changes within project controls.
- Ability to enhance program management discipline expertise in the staff
- Ability to establish centralized, coordinating body for PM concerns, recommendations, & issues; developing recommended process and tool improvements and contribute to continual improvement
