Job Description
CHESS IT EMART Mid Level Developer (Position can be remote)

Serve as an application developer supporting CHESS IT-eMart application This position will work with the technical lead and data specialist to ensure all development requirements for iT-eMart are completed to customer specifications. This position requires knowledge of Agil development practices and Army cybersecurity and regulatory compliance standards.

Tasks and assignments will include:
• Full stack development for internal and external web applications.
• Developing applications using both C# .NET, utilizing the .NET MVC framework
• Maintaining a high level of security and code reusability
• Assisting with requirements discussions as needed
• Assisting Jr. team members with any development tasks as necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Desired Skills:
• Experience with C#/.NET MVC
• Experience with nHibernate, Microsoft Entity Framework, or similar database modeling framework
• Understanding of IIS and the deployment of C#/.NET applications
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite of tools
• Experience working in a SCRUM-based Agile environment
