That's why we need you, an experienced program management spe cia list who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you'll drive the execution and sustainment of initiatives that directly contribute to the Program strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with SME's, customers, and project analysts.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 7+ years of experience providing project management support in the defense industry
- Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Teams, SharePoint, and Visio
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with PowerApps and PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition, risk management, and Agile project management
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with little guidance and as part of a team in a very fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
