NASK is seeking a dynamic, experienced, Project Manager focused on providing our NASIC customers value through excellent communication, staff management, and mission focus. You will coordinate daily with customer management and technical staff to ensure a combined team of contractor support meets mission requirements. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the NASIC mission and organizational structure; will have business acumen and understanding of management processes including financial and technical baseline management; agile team management, recruiting and staffing; with a keen attention to detail. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to deliver critical solutions achieving mission impact.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contractor personnel
- Control financial baseline metrics and performance to meet project requirements
- Ensure that staff are focused on mission requirement and project objectives
- Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts through effective communication and leadership
- Develop and brief program management reviews
- Plan for future staffing requirements and work with recruiting staff to identify personnel
- Support future proposal activities as required to recompete incumbent work
- Work proactively with customers to identify needs and future work opportunities
Qualifications
- Understanding of NSIC & NASIC mission areas and established customer relationships
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field
- 10 years of DoD/IC experience with at least 5 years in program/project management/business development
- Program management or related certification (e.g. PMP)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, leadership, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with software development projects and agile methodologies
- Experience in proposal development processes
- Experience identifying and executing on-contract growth opportunities
- Active TS with SCI, willing/able to obtain CI Poly
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field
