Zachary Piper Solutions is a government subtracting company that provides technological services for the federal government, specializing in cybersecurity, intelligence, and IT. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an onsite Help Desk Specialist Tier 3 to support a contract with the Department of Energy located in Washington, DC. The Help Desk Specialist Tier 3 will oversee many tasks regarding nuclear security. This role requires an active Top-Secret Clearance or a Q clearance.
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist Tier 3.
- Evaluate problems through meetings and discussions.
- Recognize and control issues in a timely manner through research and analysis.
- Support users with technology and hardware issues.
- Provide simulations and examples for users to practice resolving future problems.
- Supervise the help desk and be primary communicator for customer difficulties.
- Keep track of difficulties and provide solutions for system modifications to reduce future issues.
Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist Tier 3:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Tier 1-3 Troubleshooting OS user accounts
- Experience in network connectivity ticketing metrics
- Experience with Service Level Agreements
- Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance or Q Clearance.
Compensation for Help Desk Specialist Tier 3
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
