The Opportunity:
You know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as an IT Business Analyst, you can develop your skills in both. Here, you'll have the chance to work with an Agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to help propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As an IT business analyst, you'll work to develop leading-edge systems and processes. Working with your team of technologists, mission SMEs, and technical support analysts , you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop and maintain ITSM processes. Together, you'll deliver high business value products to our international clients. We are seeking a mission-driven and detail-oriented Release and Deployment Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT service releases across the client network. This role is central to maintaining the integrity, availability, and operational readiness of the client network -an international defense information-sharing platform.
As part of the team, you'll oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle for Major, Minor, and Emergency changes, ensuring alignment with policy and national support organizations. You will engage in cross-border collaboration to guarantee the secure, efficient, and minimally disruptive deployment of services.
