Job Summary:
Ennoble First is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Systems Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI infrastructure in support of the Department of Defense. This position supports the implementation of secure, scalable, and ethically sound AI and machine learning (ML) environments and ensures technical alignment with mission priorities.

Job Summary:
Ennoble First is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Systems Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI infrastructure in support of the Department of Defense. This position supports the implementation of secure, scalable, and ethically sound AI and machine learning (ML) environments and ensures technical alignment with mission priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee the engineering of secure, scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure across Department of Defense platforms.
- Implement Responsible Artificial Intelligence frameworks and tooling to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance.
- Partner with product and executive leadership to design and deliver mission-focused, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
- Lead end-to-end systems engineering-from conceptual architecture through integration, deployment, and sustainment.
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities into classified and cloud-native environments, including the Joint Common Foundation (JCF), ADVANA, and related platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development, including at least 5 years designing or integrating artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) systems.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense AI platforms such as JCF or ADVANA.
- Experience with Responsible AI tooling or compliance frameworks.
- Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, model assurance processes, or Zero Trust Architecture.
Pay Range:
$170,000-$215,000
