Job Summary:

Ennoble First is seeking a visionary Senior Program Manager to lead a transformative artificial intelligence and data-centric engagement with the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). In this strategic role, you will architect and execute multifaceted technical programs with uncompromising precision, enforce rigorous compliance and governance, and inspire confidence across all stakeholder tiers. Leveraging deep expertise in IT infrastructure, advanced data science, and ethical AI frameworks, you will align every initiative with critical defense objectives deriving innovation, resilience, and mission success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Government's principal point of contact for all contract activities, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Manage end-to-end contract execution, guaranteeing adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to maintain staffing continuity and drive peak performance across all disciplines.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Task Order Management Plans, financial reports, and contractual deliverables.
  • Interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative, Program Management Office, and senior government stakeholders to provide strategic oversight and guidance.
  • Drive proactive risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate mission outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
  • 5+ years in data, AI, or IT program delivery.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (OCDAO), Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC), or comparable Department of Defense AI initiatives.
  • Proven familiarity with key government stakeholders, including the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate, the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)), and other AI-focused DoD organizations.
  • Established track record in executing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)-based procurements, navigating DoD AI governance frameworks, and orchestrating interagency coordination.

Pay Range:

$150,000-$190,000

The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
