ManTech seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. This position supports the development of software systems that disseminate critical data to customers across the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions individually and within team environments.
- Debug software, resolve technical issues, and review code components.
- Analyze user requirements and integrate software into operational environments.
- Author and maintain technical documentation.
- Support testing and process improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or 7 years of total relevant experience.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
- Ability to debug software issues and write technical documentation.
- Familiarity with API integration, Git version control, and Agile workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the following:
- JavaScript frameworks (React, VUE, Angular)
- Git, SQL, Node.js, Python
- HTML/CSS, Apache Web Server
- RESTful API development
- Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.
