Overview: Praescient Analytics is actively seeking an experienced Financial Crime Network Analyst, to support a contract with the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC). The NTC is a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Stabilization Policy (DASD CNSP) established and funded operational support activity consisting of DoD civilians, contractors and military service members responsible for providing tailored intelligence and operations support to Law Enforcement (LE) and Inter-Agency (IA) partners conducting complex, multifaceted operations and investigations. The NTC leverages authorities, resources, and capabilities of participating DoD and LE organizations to facilitate identification, targeting, disruption, and degrading of sensitive high-value TOC networks threatening US and global security interests.
Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Crime Network Analyst must be experienced in all-source, criminal, and threat financial analysis. The individual will perform continuous research, analysis, multimedia production and dissemination to support NTC requirements. The role will focus on geographic or functional target sets as required (i.e., narcotics trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, cryptocurrency, weapons trafficking, Dark Net/cyber enabled threats, and other transnational organized crime). The individual will fuse large amounts of all-source intelligence and law enforcement agency (LEA) data into actionable intelligence products that support tactical and operational efforts for LE and IA mission partners. Requires previous experience in i2 Analyst Notebook or a similar analytic and visualization tool (e.g., Palantir or Semantica/Cortex) where the analyst had to derive actionable analytic findings regarding the associations between entities such as network, hierarchies, interconnected nodes, and social nodes, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least twelve (12) or more years of experience supporting intelligence operations in the US Federal Government.
- At least five (5) years of experience conducting entity-level, all-source, all-domain network analysis of world-wide drug related issues to include, but not limited to, TOC, CD, and drug trafficking organizations (DTOs), DTO operations, internal security, methods, organizational facilities, processing, flows and narco-terrorism.
- At least two (2) years of experience conducting hands-on execution of advanced analytic workflows and layering of multiple data sources across domains to include but not limited to: Intelligence Community communications analysis, Intelligence Community reporting, Intelligence Community entity enrichment tools and databases, LE communications analysis, financial transactions (fiat currencies & cryptocurrencies) & pattern of life analysis.
- Experience developing all-source network targeting plans to supports the analytic processing of incoming reports, bulk communications data, and bulk data from a large range of tools and databases to determine significance, reliability, and projected analytic workflows of incoming information in order to identify viable tips and leads.
- Experience with conducting network targeting workflows and performs tasks in state-of-the-art hardware and software applications to incorporate data enrichment, communications analysis, financial analysis, data mining, large-scale data manipulation, link/nodal analysis, graphics and multimedia production technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an Accredited university.
