Electrical Engineering Technician
Minimum Requirements
· 8+ years thoroughly documented & relevant work electrical technician experience.
· Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
· Ability to plan, organize, and lead others in studies, designs, and construction projects, record and manage the processes and documentation, and negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; and maintain good working relationships.
· Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, navigating throughout a military installation on both paved and gravel roads.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
· Ability to climb stairs, ladders and navigate rooftops to access equipment.
· Ability to crawl around in tight spaces and stand up off the floor from a kneeling position.
· Experience working with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Work daily on a military installation at Aberdeen Texas.
· Perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
SPECIFIC TASKS
· Shall perform support tasks that require knowledge of federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes, Air Force and DoD regulations and other documentation.
· Shall assist with schedule support, project level meeting attendance, database support, and budget submittals.
· Shall assist with cost/schedules/status report reviews, scientific and technical research/document reviews/recommendations, and analysis of program and project data gaps.
· The Contractor shall assist in defining requirements, developing and integrating execution strategies, Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statements of Works (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), programming documents, cost estimates, and other components of acquisition packages.
· The Contractor shall capture and document processes and records as needed to support the design, development, construction and close-out of unit requirements.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
