Change Manager
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and governance-focused Change Manager to lead structured change initiatives across a client network. This role is pivotal in maintaining service stability, minimizing risk, and ensuring that all Requests for Change (RFCs) are evaluated, approved, and implemented in a controlled and auditable manner.
As part of the team, you’ll manage the Change Management process in alignment with client policy. You’ll facilitate structured decision-making through the Technical Change Advisory Board (T-CAB) and Emergency CAB (E-CAB), enabling cross-national collaboration and ensuring changes are properly assessed, documented, and communicated across various nations.
You’ll also shape change governance strategies, maintain a coordinated change schedule, and interface with key ITSM processes—including Release and Deployment, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and Configuration Management—to ensure seamless integration and service continuity.
You Have:
• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, preferably in defense or multinational environments
• 5+ years of leading structured change management processes across complex systems.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
• Familiarity with change governance frameworks and CAB operations
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, especially Change Management
• Proven ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups and national support structures
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Clearance Required: Secret.
• Master’s degree. Note: 8 year's work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Nice to Have:
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification
• Experience with Pegasus Configuration Management Systems (CMS/CMDB)
• Familiarity with FVEY governance structures
• Ability to translate business RFCs into technical implementation plans
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience supporting classified or defense-related IT environments
• Possessing a collaborative mindset, the candidate emphasizes cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.
