Job Description:
Support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate (A2) as the Targeting Intelligence Special Operations Theater Air Operations Squadron (SOTAOS) Training Advisor. responsible for instructional delivery of intelligence-related curriculum in support of targeting intelligence training requirements. The employee will create/ modify syllabus, lesson plans, practical exercises, multimedia, and other training materials as needed for effective delivery to targeting intelligence personnel. In addition, the employee will instruct SOTAOS targeting intelligence personnel in accordance with developed training objectives and course materials.

Electronic Intelligence Special Operations Theater Air Operations Squadron (SOTAOS) Training Advisor:
- Responsible for instructional system design (ISD) of signal and electronic intelligence-related curriculum. For evolving command requirements.
- Create/ modify syllabus, lesson plans, practical exercises, multimedia, and other training materials as needed for effective delivery to signal and electronic intelligence personnel.
- Instruct SOTAOS signal and electronic intelligence personnel in accordance with developed training objectives and course materials .
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience performing, supervising and training Electronic Intelligence activities.
- Experience acquiring , processing, identifying , analyzing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
- Knowledge of operating electronic equipment and computer systems to exploit signals intelligence production efforts.
- Experience assembling operational and technical information on Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), and Electronic Warfare (EW).
- Experience with evaluating records and operator logs, format t ing technic al reports, and data from other activities .
- O rganiz ed and direct ed electromagnetic signals exploitation activities.
- Experience u s ing advanced computer software programs to manipulate and extract intelligence data from electromagnetic emissions updating national databases .
- 10+ years hands-on electronic intelligence experience out of the last 12 years.
- 5 + years hand -on experience in Instructor Methodology and Instructional Systems Design.
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Desired Skills:
- Completion of the Space Warfighter Intelligence Formal Training Unit
- 3 + years of experience managing an Air Force Formal Training Program.
- 2+ Years of general experience in the fields of Training and Education is highly desired.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor 's Degree is preferred.

- Active TS / SCI Clearance is REQUIRED
