Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative, and operational support to assigned project or task(s). Reviews status and prepares status reports.
• Participate in the development of reports, and task order and administrative reporting
• Facilitate and attend internal meetings as well as meetings with stakeholders
• Update required certifications and correspondence with federal partners and states
• Conduct research and prepare documentation for responses including congressional inquiries, declarations, and FOIA requests
• Oversee written program documentation, presentations, and business communications for internal and external distribution including maintenance of technical and program documents on the ACF website
• Track and report on initiatives and projects
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Federal Managers
Required Skills:
• BA/BS or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years of general experience
• Ability to work independently on projects, problem solve, and seek solutions
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient typing skills at a minimum of 60 WPM
• Efficiently perform large volumes of manual data entry
• Experience supporting technical resources in waterfall development lifecycle projects
Desired Skills:
• Self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and ability to multi-task effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication, including strong meeting facilitation skills (agenda development, structure, and process of meetings)
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
• Technical writing experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
