Intrepid is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead health, fitness, and training initiatives for a federal program. This position supports mission critical operations by managing multidisciplinary programs that enhance individual and team performance, resilience and readiness.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Serve as the primary liaison with government clients and contracting officials to ensure successful program delivery
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive health, fitness, and training programs that support workforce performance and mission objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams of fitness professionals, health coaches, and administrative staff.
- Lead program planning, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with contract requirements, security protocols, and federal regulations.
- Track key performance indicators, conduct program evaluations, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and briefing to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, exercise science, public health, education, or related field
- 8+ years of expereince managing government programs
- Familiarity with performance-based training models and adult learning methodologies
- PMP certification preferred
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Prior experience supporting agencies within the intelligence community.
- Knowledge of fitness assessment protocols, injury prevention, and resilience programs
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic, high-security environments.
- Experience integrating mental health, physical fitness, and training services into holistic performance programs.
