JOB TITLE: Logistics Management Specialist II

JOB LOCATION: NSWC Crane, ID

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

SkyBridge Tactical is looking for highly qualified Logistics Management Specialist II to provide non-personal services support for the ElectroOptic Infrared (EO/IR) projects managed by the Electro-Optic Technology Division (EOTD) (JXQV, JXQL) This TI sets forth requirements to provide specialized logistics, program analyst and data management functions to support the Electro-Optics Technology Division (EOTD) for the Multi-Sensor projects and programs.

Responsibilities

The Logistics Management Specialist II Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
Shall advise and assist the Government Supply Chain Manager and/or program and product support leads but shall not make final decisions.

Shall provide innovative, well designed, and integrated approaches to acquisition management and life cycle logistics for a variety of EO/IR projects in order to provide program sponsors and stakeholders operationally superior and affordable systems.

Shall provide administrative, logistics and data entry support for EO/IR Multi Targeting Spectral System (MTS) Enterprise assets including, but not limited to, receiving/issuing Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Weapons Removable Assemblies (WRAs), and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) in Accountable Property System of Record (APSR)

Shall receipt assets from outside and internal sources, and screen assets determined to be at end of life or obsolete.

Shall prepare documentation required to comply with OM&S requirements in accordance with current Navy and local policy, ensuring material received through external or internal sources are placed on record, and upon completion of work appropriate documentation in accordance with current Navy and local policy to remove assets from record.

Shall be responsible for transactions required through the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (Navy ERP) and Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) to include shipping and receiving documentation, preparing and tracking Material Movement Documents (DD-1149’s, DD-1348’s and locally required forms) to receive material in from warehouses or place material on record.

Production Control Using Shop Workload Management System (SWMS) or other required Government Provided Production Management database, the contractor will schedule VAS assets received for repair or new assets received for acceptance testing through appropriate lab, monitor the progress of the repairs and make appropriate entries in the database. Submit Shop Orders through appropriate systems and make all required entries through to capture repairs and Condition Code changes, close out the shop order upon completion of work.

As required shall update SWMS plans and processes to reflect actual workload. Contractor shall be able to retrieve periodic and ad-hoc data and reports from SMWS to document repair status and trends.

Shall assist in the planning process for current and future years for repairs and lab work requirements using current plans and data obtained from reports pulling prior years and other historical data.

Shall be responsible for updating SWMS plans to include adding new assets received and removing obsolete assets

Qualifications:
1-5 Years of Experience in DOD Logistics

Shall be proficient with computers including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Outlook.

Shall be proficient in the use of database applications such as iPDM, SWMS, ERP, and SharePoint.

Active DoD Secret Clearance
