Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a Project Analyst to enhance administrative and operational support services for our federal customer at the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) in Falls Church, Virginia.
This position will join a team of administrative professionals supporting healthcare operations, program management, analysis, research, education programs, correspondence/task management, and military healthcare related policies and programs.
The successful candidate will provide support to BUMED Clinical Operations, Policy and Standards and OCMO are charged by the Navy Surgeon General to provide quality healthcare across the Naval Force, enhance force development and force generation, increase Sailor and Marine deployability, and design and deliver the future Naval Medical Force. Services provided under this contract directly support analyses, programming, and policy/doctrine to improve Navy Medicine's ability to support the warfighter. The specific programs requiring support are: BUMED Office of the Chief Medical Officer; Quality Safety & Leadership Academy; Women's Health Office; Trauma Strategy Office; Naval Office of Emergency Medical Services; Dental Services Office; Pharmacy Services Office; Navy Medicine Operational Clinical Communities; Quality of Service; and Medical Research and Development.
This job is hybrid (10% on-site, 90% remote).

Responsibilities:
Minimum Experience Qualifications:
Level II (Intermediate) 5-12 years' experience
Bachelor's Degree Required (master's preferred); at least 5-12 Years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. May lead and direct the work of others. May report to a supervisor or manager.

- Demonstrates a strong understanding of project administration, data analysis, problem solving, and reasoning strategies
- Applies electronic technologies effectively to manage project activities and communication
- Maintains a functional understanding of military regulations, policies, and compliance requirements
- Possesses excellent reporting and research capabilities to support decision-making
- Preserves productive working relationships and demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree Required (master's preferred); at least 5-12 Years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Preferences:
- Preferred experience in a military health environment and an understanding of the military organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Possess strong editorial and writing skills and a keen understanding of different audiences.
