Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Responsibilities
- Provide project management for individual cyber security projects geared towards compliance with Government directives and enhancing internal processes to effectively address current and emerging cyber security initiatives.
- Manage a team of Cybersecurity professionals
- Provide workload management
- Promote team building
- Perform yearly reviews
- Build and maintain relationships with Government customers and other partners
- Report the status of any/all projects managed to higher Directorate leadership.
- Provide inputs to weekly and monthly status reports.
- Provide inputs for responding to Government data calls.
- Provide guidance and support for cyber projects.
- Provide schedules and risk analysis for cyber projects.
- Provide input into Government customer reports
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of Information Technology life cycle experience; eight (8) years of experience applying DoD or equivalent cyber security standards; five (5) years of IT project team leadership or project management
- Demonstrated understanding of the DoD RMF process, specifically as it pertains to securing and accrediting boundaries within a DoD enclave
- Current PMP certification
- Ability to effectively manage projects remotely; lead and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings

Required Skills:
- Project Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present briefings to high-level leadership
- Experience adapting to rapidly evolving requirements and situations
- Proficiency in eMASS
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Experience with MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and other tools to leverage for successful project management and communication efforts
- Experience detecting and supporting areas for process improvement
Preferred:
General knowledge of the following:
- Cloud computing
- Defense Health Care systems (AHLTA, BHIE, MHS GENESIS, etc.)
- Experience with Service Desk software (for example, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, etc.)
