TQI Solutions is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead IT transformation projects for our esteemed client located in Pearl Harbor, HI. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee project tasks, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments.
• Apply expertise in Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, systems design, and systems analysis to drive project success.
• Support programmatic activities, including quality assurance, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure successful outcomes.

This is an on-site full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline OR nine (9) years of relevant IT project management experience.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or ITILv3 Intermediate certification required.
• DoD Contracting experience required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects, including task, schedule, risk, quality, and performance management.
• Minimum two (2) years within the last five (5) directly related to NetOps C2 requirements, technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planning.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Active Government granted security clearance required.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
