Personal Property Analyst

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Personal Property Analyst in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide data entry and database management support
• Conduct inventory control
• Provide guidance and support to personal property managers and custodians
• Ensure correct processing of items in the inventory
• Complete required training
• Manage the parts store room
• Order parts
• Complete memos
• Submit supply requests
• Research quotes
• Pick up and deliver parts

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate a personal computer with common/standard business software programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others both verbally and in writing
• Ability to enter data into multiple databases accurately
• Minimum of five years of warehousing and inventory management experience in the U.S. Department of Defense
