Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
As the Data Manager, you will provide support to plan, develop, implement, and administer information systems for the acquisition, storage, and retrieval of data. Along with compiling data, perform associated data analysis and create special reports. The types of deliverables may include but is not limited to various types of reports, tracking tools, and/or a synopsis of the results of analyses or assessments.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: 10 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD

Location: Hanscom AFB, MA, Hybrid to start, 5 Days in office expected

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Generating and evaluating equipment accountability and/or inventory logs and reports
- Organizing, managing and maintaining status of CDRL items, including receiving and sending CDRL items, recording activity and reporting activity to Government staff
- Overseeing, performing and reporting versions and staffing for government documents
- Providing input, maintaining and collaborating on records management plans
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: 10 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Publisher, Visio, and Project), Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, plotters/printers, vacuseal machine for mounting posters on foam core, and image scanners
- Strong knowledge of print processes, Adobe Brackets, HyperText Markup Language and Cascading Style Sheets
- Attention to detail; Letter Drafting, Interfacing with OEM Manufacturers and the Govt Contracts team on contract deliverables
