Responsibilities:
The Weapons and Tactics Professional will provide support to the Air Force's Electronic Warfare (EW) Assessment Program and it's expansion at Robins Air Force Base. This position will provide tactical experience and apply specific EW experience/knowledge to develop and enhance the proliferation of the EW Assessment Enterprise.

- Assess fighter, bomber, and rescue aircraft as well as fifth-generation and future-generation aircraft.
- Execute real-time and near-real-time large force, live flight, and virtual electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) assessments worldwide.
- Develop EW/EMSO assessments for USAF EW subsystems and multi-domain force packages.
- Methodically develop, implement, and manage requirements for Electronic Wafare Assessments assessment framework and organizational strategy
- Utilize a cross-disciplinary force (operations, engineering and maintenance) to ensure its outputs are realistic and data-driven.
- Using leadership direction, this team will refine the problem, collect inputs from internal and external stakeholders, formulate solutions for deployment, and document all organizational processes.
- Provide tactical and operational expertise on EW considerations in assessing CAF platform's EW Readiness Rates.
- Integrate with Air Force Maintenance Professionals to enhance and proliferate current and future EW Assessment procedures.
- Serve as a focal point for EW Assessment integration into U.S. Air Force test enterprises and exercises.
- Serve as a focal point and provide tactical and operational expertise to engineering and maintenance teams to advance EW Assessments.
- Provides support for the organization to utilize data analytics and data tools to improve EW Assessment performance and administration.
- Visit Air Force Installations as needed to support EW Assesments for CAF platforms.

Qualifications:
- Must have current Secret clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
- Rated Combat Air Force experience with a strong background in Weapons and Tactics, Electronic Warfare or other applicable military operations experience.
- Must be a self-starter who is willing and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker.
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Must be able to accomplish assignments/tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong Microsoft office computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- U.S. Air Force Weapons School or Navy Top Gun graduate highly desired but NOT required.
- Prior military instructor duty assignment preferred.
