BAE Systems' Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions (PS) business area has an exciting opportunity for a Senior, Program Manager III to lead a high-volume production program in the delivery of world class precision strike products. You will be your teams resource advocate and lead them to successful customer and business outcomes. You, as the Program Manager, will be the main interface for executive communication and a trusted partner for our customer. Reporting into the Strategic Missiles Product Area Director in Nashua, NH, you will have the opportunity to exercise your strategic muscles to achieve our vision and, in turn, we will help you advance your career.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Proven success leading large, complex development and production programs, specifically with high volume production, complex supply chain management and weapons/weapons related technologies.
- Experience establishing and building customer relationships and the ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others
- Experience influencing a large/complex functional model to enable strong business outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.
- Knowledge of Government contracting, current acquisition trends and customer / competitor behaviors is a positive.
- Experience with DoD services, with preference on a focus on US Navy Acquisition
- FMS/International experience
- Experience leading/contributing to Integrated Business Planning, Program Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews or equivalents status
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and 10 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle
- Engineering Master's Degree
- 12 Years Experience
- PMP certification desired
