Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 and goes up to $145,000, based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence awards for recognition, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!

You will have a shiny desk at our G2 Ops office, plus the opportunity to work at a military site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking with prior approval, but supporting the DoD, you will be required to work at a military site as well.

This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains todesigning, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions, automating processes, ensuring data quality, and building scalable tools-while applying modern software development practices in a collaborative environment.
Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret level clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical disciplines.

- Proficiency in Python, Groovy, and SQL for data ingestion scripting
- Experience automating MBSE-to-Foundry integration pipelines
- Knowledge of data quality assurance and transformation processes
- Ability to build scalable, reusable data tools for team-wide use
- Familiarity with Slate visualization configuration
- Professional experience applying programming concepts
- Experience with modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps)
- Agile Developer Certification or Certified Scrum Developer Certification
